The Howard Hughes Corporation®(NYSE: HHC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), recently announced that Subway Real Estate, LLC/VKC Group has signed a 1,437-square-foot lease to open a Subway® restaurant in the new Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands’ Village of Creekside Park.
The 60-acre village center will be located on Kuykendahl Road between Creekside Forest Drive and Creekside Green Drive. Anchored by an H-E-B grocer and a Walgreens drug store, Creekside Park Village Center will feature a “village green” that includes a tree-lined park and water feature, retail, dining and office space.
The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC), today announced that Strike, LLC has signed a 70,190-square-foot lease in One Hughes Landing, the first office building at Hughes Landing, a 66-acre mixed-use development situated on 200-acre Lake Woodlands. One Hughes Landing is now completed. The Class A office building is 92% leased.
