The Pavilion Partners, the official volunteer organization of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, is looking for volunteers with a passion for the arts. On March 1, Partners is having an Orientation and Training at The Pavilion. The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you are interested in being qualified to volunteer at all events including rock, country and symphony events you need attend this meeting.
The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE:HHC) has garnered the inaugural Vision Award for Exemplary Leadership for The Woodlands Master Plan, presented by The Houston District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) at its 2014 Development of Distinction Awards on Monday, February 3 at the Rice Crystal Ballroom in Houston. This marks the first time ULI Houston has honored an outstanding project and its leadership with this award.
LSCS had 77,877 students representing nearly 25 percent of the total number of students attending classes in the Houston area, according to the list. The Houston Business Journal list does not include students who attended LSCS for non-credit or continuing education courses – for a total enrollment at LSCS of 90,000 students.
