As part of their new fall menu, Mi Cocina, the standard in upscale Tex-Mex, will be releasing several new menu items over the next few months. Enjoy new additions that are low in calories without sacrificing flavor – like the Quinceanera Salad, with chopped romaine hearts, tomato, avocado, cucumber, pineapple and mango with chile-lime vinaigrette and almonds (starting at $9.95), with your choice of chicken, steak, shrimp or salmon; and the Salmon a la Parilla, a grilled salmon filet with agave-guajillo glaze served with Mexican slaw ($16.95).
Other menu items will include a wide selection of handmade sweet corn tamales, like the Grilled Chicken Breast with poblano cream ($14.95); Spicy Arrachera Steak with poblano cream and pico de gallo ($14.95); Texican with chile con carne, cheddar cheese and crispy tortilla strips ($13.95); and the Vegetarian with roasted poblanos, mushrooms, fried onions and ranchero sauce ($13.95).
